As a teenager growing up in Brazil, Marcela discovered her interest in the dental field when she underwent orthodontic treatment with braces. After immigrating to the United States, she seized the opportunity to learn more about the dental profession and enrolled in the Dental Hygiene program at Quinsigamond Community College. After graduating, she joined as a Dental Hygienist at Natick Dental Health, where she continues to prioritize patient satisfaction, focusing on education and preventive care. She values open communication with her patients and enjoys the opportunity to educate them about oral health and provide them with the tools they need to maintain healthy smiles.

Outside of her professional life, Marcela cherishes spending time with her family in Ashland, MA. She enjoys going out with her loved ones, hosting barbecues, and traveling to places with beautiful beaches. She also loves to visit her home country of Brazil, where she can reconnect with her extended family and enjoy the vibrant culture. Marcela and her family have three beloved silkie chickens as pets, adding joy to their home. Additionally, Marcela is actively involved in supporting her daughter’s YouTube channel.

Marcela is fluent in Portuguese, enabling her to effectively communicate with patients who prefer their native language.
